Young writer appeal

By Mark Tronson - Press Service International

Australian young writer Tim Price posted this in his Facebook -

Australia’s Christian Today online publication is currently looking for Australian writers. It’s opinion/editorial type writing, and includes writing a short article each month (600-900 words).

It’s current-topic/event writing about anything to do with Christianity and/or current events, usually current events in light of Christianity/the current Christian Era.

If you’re an opinionated type person and love to discuss current events and the current world/state of Christianity, the Christian life, and the reality of God, then you’ll love this!

You don’t have to be an expert writer, they emphasise the heart and content of each piece. Christian Today is about giving young Australian writers a voice. If this sounds like something you’d like to do, please inbox me for more info.

(Please feel to share this post to your page if you’re ok with helping spread the word about this)

Sent to the young writer team

This post was sent to the entire young writer team likewise post on their social media so as to establish additional young writers.

For example, Melbourne Salvation Army Capt. Peter Brookshaw posted it on his Facebook and his wife Jo, made the wonderful suggestion of the team posting on their seminary / bible college notice boards.

We have no idea how many of our team across the world posted this on their social media, but the idea was a positive step to build the young writer team for publication in Christian Today.

Rostered

The young writers are rostered once every 5 weeks  -  the 5 weeks are referred to as a Cycle. There are 10 Cycles a year – in other words, 10 articles a year.

This is not arduous routine, an article every 5 weeks – this is one month and one week.

I’ll repost it here  -  and request readers post it on their own social media so we might build this young writer team.

Our young writers come from Australia, New Zealand and a number of international countries -
