On the 21st March 2006, Heritage HM and Roadshow Entertainment are proud to announce the Divine Entertainment: For Faith And Family DVD will now be stocked nationally through Target.
Divine Entertainment offers a wide range of faith-based DVD, which caters for the whole family. The DVD spans different genres including: “Drama, documentary, animation, extreme sports, surfing and more.”
It is reported Target will stock the entire catalogue of twelve titles including a new release every month. Further there will offer store support including dedicated shelf space and signage to assist customers to source DIVINE titles.
Heritage HM CEO Rod Hopping said Target’s involvement would help to cement the cross over of faith-based entertainment into the mainstream. He said: “I’m thrilled to see the level of enthusiasm from Target management in Australia. Their interest in the Divine Entertainment range has continued to break open new ground for this pioneering work. Exciting days are ahead.”
Alex Majewski the marketing manager of Roadshow Entertainment believed this would be a great opportunity for both Divine and Target to reach the Christian community especially as Easter was coming. He said: “This is a great opportunity for both the Divine label and Target to reach the Christian community with a quality faith and family based range. We look forward to bringing an exciting range of titles that will appeal to everyone, and it’s great to have the range in store over the Easter period.”
In July 2004, Heritage HM based in Queensland was founded with a vision to ‘produce and distribute films that move people towards God.’ It achieves this vision by introducing films through theatrical release, home entertainment, network and pay television.
