    Growing up, I didn’t really think much more of Easter than being a time of excessive amounts of chocolate, hot cross buns and a lot of days off school. Every year, my parents, played the Easter bunny and put chocolate on my bed while I slept.

    Have you ever studied or worked with music playing in your ears? You know you’re just trying to get in the zone and concentrate on something important by blocking out the background noise. You think that listening to music will help.

    I know I am not the first person to address the issue of society’s constant bombardment of the idea that we need to do everything for ourselves. If we want something, it is we who go get it.

    2018 was an enormous year. A lot happened in my life, my family and friends’ lives and around the world. Amazing and wonderful things happened as well as sad and upsetting things. And with all these things that have happened, I have really come to realise how important our mindset, and more specifically, a positive mindset is.

    I don’t know about you but does anyone else get annoyed when someone sends you a message at an inconvenient time asking you to do something or asking you for something? What about when someone from work messages you on your day off?
